Comments from Visitors to No13
No13 Tors Road was extensively refurbished during 2013 and opened for use towards the end of the year.
As a new property on the holiday rental market we were pleased to host our first guests and especially pleased with the feedback we received, some of which our clients have allowed us to share below. |
"Absolutely loved it at No 13.
We have all had a wonderful time and don’t want to go home. Thoroughly recommend Hunters Inn and Lee Bay, Woody Bay and Lee Abbey. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable and much needed break :-)" The McAleers "We have had a lovely few days here at No 13. The cottage is perfect and I am sure we will be back again and again!
Thank you for the welcome basket, much appreciated. Wish we could stay a bit longer to do our favourite things like walking to Watersmeet and beyond and then having a beautiful dinner at the Rising Sun." Geraldine and Andrew Calvert - "What a lovely cottage! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. No 13 is beautifully furnished and well equipped.
We will definitely recommend it (and in fact have already done so.)" Val and John Hinchcliffe Visiting Lynton and Lynmouth is like dropping in on two aged but enchanting great aunts!

"Fabulous week! Love the cottage very clean and comfortable and perfect to come back to each evening.
Great swimming at Woody Bay. Boys loved the surf at Saunton and Woolacombe. Rib boat trip at Ilfracombe awesome!" The Gollins Family "There can't be a more beautiful cottage in a more beautiful setting in the whole of England. The week has flown by and Jacqui myself and the lads have had a fantastic holiday. Lots of new memories. Jacqui caught the biggest fish a 20lb Bull Huss on a deep sea boat out of Ilfracombe.
Breathtaking walks especially from the cottage to Watersmeet and along the cliff tops. Superb weather for the beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde Bay. The boys loved the body boarding. Boys caught crabs at the harbour but we couldn’t catch the mullet! Food was very good, nice meals at the Rising Sun and The Rock Café – but probably the best value was at the Village Inn – but all excellent. Good quiz night at the Village Inn as well. Best of all was coming home to such a cosy clean comfortable cottage every night." The Cooks |
